B-300 Stainless Steel

The  B-300 Stainless Steel unit measures 8 feet long and is 8″ in diameter and is divided into 3 chambers. The first chamber has approximately 30lbs of KDF-85 filtering media. The second chamber has approximately 40lbs of granulated activated carbon. The third and final chamber has also approximately 40 lbs of granulated activated carbon. Each unit contains 6 polymer screens that reduce filtration down to an approximate 5 microns of filtration size. This system is designed with a valve body to enable the unit to be backflushed on a scheduled basis. A pressure regulator is installed on each system to maintain an approximate 70 psi.

It can be installed horizontally underground with a access through a utility box, or vertically in a mechanical room at the point of entry of a main water supply line.

Special Use / Custom Build

One of the more common custom build units that we supply to customers is the dual, or multi unit system. This type of system is used in applications to allow for continuous water supply by one unit while the other is disabled temporarily for backflushing. This system is typically used for schools, nursing homes, medical offices, various off shore boats and other commercial and industrial type applications.

We can also custom design for larger applications by placing multiple filters in parallel to handle extreme volumes of water.
